Terms of Service

Social Postink provides social media management services to clients as outlined on our website (www.socialpostink.com). By signing up for our services, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions, which supersede any previous  agreements.

1. Responsibilities of the Client


1.1 Social Postink cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Google My Business, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. Issues may arise, such as disconnections or password changes, for which Social Postink has limited control. If you change your password, it is your responsibility to promptly inform Social Postink to avoid any service
interruptions. It is also your responsibility to regularly inspect your accounts and our work, provide feedback, and direct us. In the case of disconnection or inability to access the account for posting, the client agrees not to hold Social Postink responsible. While we will continue to create content for your business, our service obligations are fulfilled. In the event of platform access issues, we reserve the right to compensate by doubling posts until the missed posts are made up. However, missed posts due to  circumstances beyond Social Postink's control do not warrant a refund. Please refer to our cancellation and refund policies for further details.

 

2. Social Postink & Obligations


2.1 Social Postink will provide services to the client according to our standard policies and procedures. We reserve the right to reject clients at our discretion. Social Postink is responsible for all aspects of service provision.

2.2 All rules, policies, and procedures concerning privacy, pricing, customer service, and other service aspects implemented by Social Postink apply. These may be subject to change at Social Postink's sole discretion, including pricing and package inclusions. Decisions regarding grandfathering into archived products will also be at Social Postink's discretion.

3. Service Descriptions, Fees, and Payment


3.1 Client fees for services are due and payable in full in advance of service provision. A valid credit card/Debit must be on file for monthly recurring charges.

3.2 Initial service charges are payable in advance, with subsequent monthly charges attempted on the anniversary date. Failure to pay by the due date will result in service suspension without fee proration.

3.3 Clients are responsible for paying for the time and work performed. Social Postink will provide credits for mistakes made by us, but refunds will not be offered for any reason, including third-party issues.

3.4 Cancellation is self-serve, and no prorated refunds will be given for early cancellations. Work continuation for overdue clients may result in back payments, but no interest charges will apply.

3.6 Services officially commence upon sign-up, and onboarding is included in the monthly payment. If onboarding extends beyond 7 business days due to a delay caused by Social Postink, the billing date will be adjusted to ensure a full month of service.

3.8 In the event of social media disconnections, clients are responsible for reconnecting their profiles. Social Postink will reschedule posts upon reconnection, but will not be liable for any disconnection issues. We advise clients to regularly check their accounts to prevent disconnections.

3.9 Clients must provide timely feedback on content. Failure to do so may result in outdated posts, with no replacements provided. As long as Social Postink creates and delivers posts, our service obligations are fulfilled.

3.10 Clients agree to regularly review their accounts, spending at least 10 minutes every other week. Social Postink is not responsible for missed posts due to disconnections or editing/removing content posted over two weeks ago.

3.11 Clients who are less tech-savvy are reminded that cancelling the service does not erase the time and effort spent on onboarding. Refunds will not be issued for frustration-based cancellations.

3.12 Social Postink is an online subscription social media service and not a full-service agency. Clients are responsible for regularly checking their accounts and providing feedback. Once payment is made, no refunds will be issued.

4. Indemnity


4.1 Clients agree to indemnify Social Postink against any losses arising from breaches of this agreement.


4.2 Clients agree to indemnify Social Postink against any losses related to social media account issues, copyright problems, or other third-party platform issues.

5. Limitation of Liability

Social Postink will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the previous one-month service. These limitations of liability are fundamental to this agreement.

6. Miscellaneous


This agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties involved and may be amended at Social Postink's discretion. Notice of any changes will be provided via email. The agreement is binding and governed by UK law.
